You asked for it! Our new address book cleanup tool will launch soon!

June 30th, 2010 1 comment

The response from our last video talking about our idea of spinning out a new stand-alone tool that will automatically clean up your address book was overwhelmingly positive. As a result, we’ve been hard at work making it happen.

I just wanted to let you know that we’re close to releasing our first version of this product, so, please stay tuned and look for a release announcement soon.

I also want you to know that we’re continuing to work on building out our next rev of SyncAcross. It’s going to take a bit more time and we hope to send out additional SyncAcross beta invites in the coming weeks.  Lots of great new features in store for you!

Look for a release announcement soon!

Address Book Cleanup Tool Update

June 1st, 2010 No comments

About 90 days ago, we sent out a survey to all of our 1,000+ beta test group as well as a few additional friends to find out if duplicate contacts was a real problem for our users.  It turns out, it’s a huge problem, in fact, a much bigger problem then we ever expected!

After seeing the results, we immediately started to work on creating a standalone address book cleanup tool. It’s taken a few months, but it is almost ready and I wanted to let everyone know it will be coming soon.

Here’s the original video I created for the survey. We hope to update you in the next few weeks.

Address Book Cleanup Tool Survey

Thanks to all of you who completed the survey, we are very appreciative of your honest and smart feedback.
