About 90 days ago, we sent out an email and video asking for our SyncAcross beta testers to provide candid feedback on the idea of BluCapp creating a standalone address book cleanup tool.

The response rate was incredible! Thank you to the huge number of insiders that responded.

I just finished shooting a quick video that releases the results of the survey with some pretty surprising details. It turns out that you and our insider group of SyncAcross beta users and friends are serious connectors! In the video I share the details on the type of platforms where the group manages contacts and a statistic on the iPhone that blew me away!

What’s amazing is how supportive you have been in our effort to build the next generation of tools that solve your address book problems.

I’m super excited about the product we’re building together!
Check out the survey video here:

If you have more than one Gmail account you regularly use or if you use Google Apps for work and Gmail at home, it can be a real challenge to keep all of your contacts and calendar information in sync across two or more Google accounts.

With SyncAcross, we have added support for syncing multiple Google accounts as part of our sync platform. Simply add your Google accounts to SyncAcross and all of your contacts and calendar data will automatically stay in sync regardless of which Google account you use to update your data. You can even configure the service to sync one way in or out depending upon how you want your updates to flow.

Syncing multiple Google accounts also helps Google Voice users to maintain access to their Google Apps contact list while using Google Voice within their Gmail account. With Google Voice, you have to associate your number with a Google Account, but it doesn’t yet support Google Apps accounts. This is important for Google Apps users to know because your Gmail account contacts become your Google Voice contacts.

With SyncAcross, if you are a Google Voice user, you can now sync contacts between your Google Apps and Gmail accounts to have access to all of your Google Apps contact data while using Google Voice.

We’re super excited to be able to offer this functionality within our sync platform. Please give it a try and let us know how it is working for you!
